Onboarding Status
This is the final step of the onboarding wizard. Like every step after Score Information, it stays hidden until that step is saved. It is a single screen that shows how complete every other step is, and it is where you submit your onboarding when everything is ready.
If you reported recent school changes
Submitting stays closed while we set your older years up by hand, and the rest of the wizard is held with it. This step and School Changes stay open, so you can still see where your onboarding stands and how many schools are left to answer for.
The completion table
The status table lists every step with a status badge and a View link you can use to jump back and make changes.
Form steps:
| Step | What the badge shows |
|---|---|
| District Information | Completed, or Information Required if something is missing |
| District Admins | the number of district admins on your account |
| Score Information | Completed, or Information Required |
| Benchmark Ranges | No Action Required (only appears for District Defined / K–1 Defined districts) |
File steps: most show how many files you have uploaded out of the number needed, for example 4 of 4 files uploaded. Steps that collect more than one school year count every year together, so the Historical SIS row counts five files for each year it asks for. Score Files is the exception: because districts submit a varying number of score files, it shows a running count (for example 5 files uploaded) and turns green once every collected year has at least one file.
A file you were never asked for does not count either way. An extra copy left in a folder, or a corrected file uploaded under a second name, will not stop a step from turning green, and a file for a year the step does not ask about is ignored.
A slot you marked as not yet released, or a year you marked as not applicable, counts as satisfied.
| Step | Files needed |
|---|---|
| Historical SIS Files | 5 |
| Current SIS Files | 5 |
| Impact Files | 2 |
| Score Files | Any (no fixed count) |
| SLAIF Files | 3 |
A green badge means that step is done. A red badge means it still needs attention. Use the View link to go back to any step and finish it.
Submitting your onboarding
When every row is green, an Onboarding Complete button appears at the bottom. Clicking it submits your district for processing.
Submitting temporarily disables your access
When you submit, TKG Analytics begins importing your data and your access is temporarily disabled while we prepare your district. You will regain access once the import finishes and it is time to review your data.
What happens after you submit, and how you review your data, is covered in After You Submit.
