Confirm Schools

This is the fourth step of the school year rollover. Here you review last year's block schools and feeder patterns and confirm them for the new year.

First: is your school roster settled?

Opening a new school, closing one, or changing the grades a school serves is handled by our team, not on this step. If any of that happened this year, open a Helpdesk Ticket and wait for us to confirm the changes are complete before you confirm here. Otherwise your feeder patterns and block schools will be lined up against a school list that is about to change.

The step asks you to tick one of two statements before continuing:

• We have no new or closed schools and no grade-configuration changes this year.
• Helpdesk has confirmed the school changes we requested are complete.

Block schools

Select any schools that run semester (4x4) classes. Only active schools are offered.

This flag changes how a school's benchmark scores are grouped, so it is worth getting right rather than leaving at last year's answer if a school has changed its schedule.

Feeder patterns

For each feeder school, confirm which school its banked scores belong to. The dropdown pre-selects whichever banked school is currently in effect for that feeder, so leaving it alone keeps last year's answer.

Only active schools are offered as new choices. If a feeder's current banked school has since been closed, it still appears for that feeder so you can see what is actually resolving, but it is not offered to any other feeder.
